By accessing or using FacialHarmonyAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FacialHarmonyAI provides AI-assisted facial harmony analysis based on uploaded photos and structured geometric data. The Service is informational and educational only.
3. Not Medical or Professional Advice
The analysis, scores, and suggestions are automated estimates. They are not medical, psychological, dermatological, cosmetic, or surgical advice.
4. User Responsibilities
You must have the right to upload the photo, must not submit photos of minors, and must not use the Service for harassment, abuse, or non-consensual analysis.
5. Payment and Refunds
Purchases are processed by Stripe. Refund requests can be sent to support [at] facialharmonyai.com and are reviewed case by case.
6. Intellectual Property
FacialHarmonyAI owns the Service design, code, branding, and scoring methodology. You retain ownership of photos you upload.
