FacialHarmonyAI operates FacialHarmonyAI.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our AI-assisted facial harmony analysis tool.
2. How Photo Processing Works
Analysis starts in your browser using facial landmark detection. Your photo may remain in this tab's local cache while you use the report. We store structured analysis data to provide your private report link. A compressed report photo is sent to and stored on our servers only when you select the optional save-photo checkbox.
3. Data We Collect
We collect structured analysis data, including landmarks, report content and localizations, to provide your private report link. If you select the optional save-photo checkbox, we also collect a compressed report photo. We may collect your email address for access and receipts and Stripe payment metadata. We do not store your credit card number. Photos and scores are not public and are not used for model training.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Reports are retained so you can access them later. When you confirm deletion in the product, we permanently remove the report data, landmarks, localizations, and any stored photo. Contact support [at] facialharmonyai.com if you cannot access the in-product deletion option.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing and may use AI APIs for report text generation. We choose providers that commit not to use API-submitted data for model training.
6. No Public Profiles
FacialHarmonyAI does not provide public rankings, leaderboards, or community profiles. Your report link is private.
