FacialHarmonyAI provides an AI-assisted facial harmony analysis tool. The Service:

• Analyzes facial landmark geometry from an uploaded photo using client-side processing
• Generates proportional harmony scores based on aesthetic ratio analysis
• Produces a detailed report with scores, breakdowns, and low-risk improvement suggestions

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, not a professional cosmetic consultation, and does not represent objective beauty truth.

3. Not Medical or Professional Advice

The analysis, scores, and suggestions provided by the Service are generated by automated AI algorithms and do not constitute medical, psychological, dermatological, or cosmetic advice. The results reflect algorithmic estimates of facial proportionality, not objective measurements of attractiveness or health. You should not make medical, surgical, or health-related decisions based on the output of this Service. Always consult a qualified healthcare or cosmetic professional before making decisions about your appearance or health.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to upload the photo you submit. You either own the photo, have the subject's informed consent, or are uploading a photo of yourself.
• The person depicted in the uploaded photo is at least 18 years of age. The Service is not intended for use on minors.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to harassment, stalking, non-consensual analysis of another person, or any form of abuse.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent any security features of the Service.
• You understand that AI-generated results are estimates and may vary based on photo quality, lighting, angle, and other factors.

5. Payment and Pricing

The Service offers a one-time full report for $9.99 USD, processed securely through Stripe Checkout. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the displayed amount via your chosen payment method through Stripe. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We do not store your credit card or payment credentials on our servers.

6. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@facialharmonyai.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, algorithms, scoring methodologies, and branding of the Service are the intellectual property of FacialHarmonyAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your uploaded photo solely for the purpose of generating your analysis report. This license terminates when your data is deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FacialHarmonyAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $9.99, whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the analysis results are accurate, complete, or reliable. AI-generated scores and suggestions are estimates based on algorithmic analysis and may vary based on photo quality, lighting, angle, and other factors outside our control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FacialHarmonyAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law
